A Forest Farm Approach – Yatesbury House Farm Wednesday 19th March

A whole day event to learn about Biodynamic farming at Yatesbury House Farm, led by Richard Gantlett.  Following on from our Forum event last year, and Richard’s inspiring video, the Gantletts are kindly opening their farm for a days walk and talk.

Richard and his family have been farming organically since 1998 and working biodynamically since 2004. They run a mixed farm with cattle, agroforestry and arable – focussing on improving their soils. Experience and tradition is combined with a deep-rooted belief that farming should work together with Nature, not against it. They are growing life in their soil, to produce healthy plants and animals and support wildlife and biodiversity.

The day will include a talk from Richard, lunch and then a walk to see the farm, machinery and cattle.

10am – 3pm £10/ticket  Full lunch included.
